Reduce, Re-use and Recycle
The message that primary school children across Cumbria have been promoting through the development of a song to be played on local radio.
This competition, the initiative of Cumbria?s Waste Partnership - Resource Cumbria, local commercial radio stations and music charity Music Links was devised to encourage local people to practice the three R?s of recycling in order to decrease the amount of rubbish we put into landfill each year.
2 winners (one from North Cumbria and one from the south of the county) will soon hear their masterpieces on air!
